We are fast growing niche logistics and technology company with an amazing leadership team comprised of industry veterans and funded by a prestigious private-equity firm.

YMX is seeking a highly skilled marketing manager / director to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be pivotal in driving our demand generation initiatives and expanding our market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the supply chain and logistics industry and a passion for sustainability and innovation. You are also a HubSpot power user focused on demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and pipeline generation.
  • Be the CEO of your campaigns to drive key business metrics (web traffic, MQAs, MQLs, SALs, Opportunities, conversion rates, CAC, and CAC payback period)
  • Work across multiple channels: Paid ads, Social, Email, Live Events, Webinars, Website, SEO, Direct Mail, and Sponsorships.
  • Plan, promote, and execute field marketing programs to include virtual (Happy Hour and Premier events) and live in-person (Lunch and Learn, Workshops), partner/customer marketing events, creative gifting, that align to campaign and regional initiatives.
  • Analyze full-funnel data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to determine investment decisions (channels, campaigns, and programs), extract key insights, and recommend actions.
  • Identify and explore new growth opportunities, including market expansion, new channels, and partnerships.
  • Manage budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the logistics, B2B, or SaaS sectors.
  • Have a deep understanding of ABM, inbound, outbound, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of driving successful growth marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hubspot CMS, Apollo, Linkedin Ads, AI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to YMX Logistics’ core values.
  • Supply Chain and Logistics industry experience is preferable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
