We’re offering a salary range of $600 – $1000 depending on your experience.

What you’ll do

• Create and lead B2B marketing strategies to attract and convert new leads, focusing on customer acquisition and recurring lead retention.
• Design, implement, and optimize B2B sales funnels to maximize lead conversion into clients.
• Develop and maintain a solid branding strategy for the agency, ensuring consistent and engaging positioning across all channels.
• Oversee and enhance campaigns for YouTube Marketing, Email Marketing, and SEO, ensuring they integrate effectively into the overall lead generation strategy
• Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing reports, analyzing the performance of all implemented campaigns and strategies.
• Measure and report key metrics, such as “New leads” and “Repurchase leads,” ensuring strategies align with the agency’s business goals.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, from adopting new platforms to creating innovative campaigns that engage potential clients.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead a team consisting of a graphic designer, a copywriter, and a video editor, ensuring all creative elements align with the marketing strategies
• Ensure alignment between team members’ tasks and overall marketing goals, while providing guidance and feedback to maximize performance and output.

Who you are 

• You have a professional level of English (B2-C2)
• You have at least 3 years of experience working as a Marketing Manager.
• You have proven experience with Paid Advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• You have proven experience in managing and leading a team, with strong leadership skills that motivate and guide the team toward achieving marketing objectives.
• You are extremely familiar with and can work with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Presentations
• You are excellent at copywriting.
• You have the ability to collect, track, and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• You think outside the box and are goal-oriented
• You have strong leadership skills and experience managing a marketing team, guiding them to achieve strategic goals.
