About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, creative B2B Marketing Manager with experience in HR services, certifications, and workplace culture to lead and drive our marketing strategy. In this role, you will design, implement, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that promote our certification packages, including badges, survey data, and analysis. Your efforts will generate new leads, support sales teams, and contribute to company growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is skilled in leading demand generation campaigns, and is excited to work at the intersection of HR services, certifications, branding, and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Demand Generation & Conversion: Drive multi-channel inbound demand generation through content, SEO, social media, and paid marketing strategies (SEM, Retargeting, ABM).
  • Content Strategy: Manage the content calendar, working with writers, web developers, and the product team to create impactful product marketing materials.
  • Community Development: Build customer loyalty and engagement through webinars, newsletters, surveys, and membership sites.
  • Sales & Product Support: Partner with sales to create sales enablement content, run drip campaigns, and develop market analyses to support revenue growth.
  • Field Marketing: Design field marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • KPIs & Analytics: Monitor daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance and optimize for ROI, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in B2B marketing, preferably within certification organizations, HR services, or consultative services. Experience in SaaS, HR tech, branding, or workplace culture-related fields is a plus.
  • Tools Expertise: Proficiency with Hubspot and other marketing automation platforms, and experience with SEO, SEM, ABM, and marketing analytics.
  • Proven Impact: Demonstrated success in designing and executing marketing campaigns that significantly impact lead generation and sales growth.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with a strategic mindset and a resourceful, “get it done” attitude.
  • Certifications: HubSpot Certified is highly preferred.
