To fuel our next stage of growth and help to further build awareness of the power and impact of our work, we have recently rebranded and are looking for an ambitious marketeer with digital experience to join our small, dynamic team and help us to bring our new brand to life. Marketing Manager – Role Overview: Our new Marketing Manager will be responsible for further building our reputation as the go-to leadership and culture expert, deepening our relationships with our existing client network, and generating new leads with future clients-to-be. Specifically you’ll be responsible for: Improving brand engagement and awareness of Coode’s reputation and services Generating new client leads, growing the scale and quality of our network of leaders Bringing our brand to life through all key channels and materials and keeping it up-to-date Enhancing the products and channels we use to communicate using the latest technologies and engagement strategies Educating audiences, building appreciation of the importance of culture as a driver of strategic execution The role will be 4-days a week, based remotely, but able to join team meetings in London a couple of times a month. It would be ideally suited to someone with 3-5+ years’ experience, someone proactive and results-driven, with great attention to detail, and a passion for getting the word out about what it takes to build high performing organisations. Responsibilities: We see three key areas of responsibility for our new Marketing Manager: 1) Brand Activation: Bring our new brand to life across all channels and assets and keep it up to date, including our website Develop a marketing plan to build awareness of Coode through our various communication channels, including social media platforms Secure speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities for our consultants to promote our reputation Manage and maintain our company website Leverage Search Engine Optimisation, Google Ads and Google Analytics Research award opportunities and prepare Coode submissions 2) Events & Network Management: Plan, manage and promote events to build our brand and network (including our Annual Reception and CEO breakfasts throughout the year) Develop and execute new events, both solo and in partnership with our network Manage related event communications, budgets, suppliers Maintain our CRM database 3) Collateral Development: Creation and publication of all marketing material, including: Coordination and production (including copywriting) of sales literature, thought and research papers, case studies etc. Assist with the design and production of client delivery and proposal documents, including artwork creation Management of monthly newsletter and blog campaigns (in line with GDPR) Required skills: Copywriting SEO Google Analytics MailChimp Social Media Platforms Event Management Microsoft Office Adobe InDesign WordPress KPIs: Lead generation Size and quality of Coode network (no. of CEOs) Website and social media traffic and engagement Event popularity, interest, and feedback Innovative new products and channels Compensation & Benefits: £35 – 50k based on experience Company pension Health insurance 25 days holiday Holiday loading pay of 15% To apply: To apply please email jobs@coodeassociates.com with your CV and a covering letter telling us why you’d be the perfect candidate.
