We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and help us lead our client campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding results.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and optimizing marketing campaigns for our clients.
You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all projects, provide regular performance updates to clients, and identify new growth opportunities.
The role also involves managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping drive revenue growth for the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, updating them on progress, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, PPC specialists, social media managers) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs), optimizing campaigns in real-time to meet client goals (e.g., conversion rate optimization, paid ads performance).
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and oversee content calendars, ensuring that all social media, email, and blog content is scheduled and published on time.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee and manage client marketing budgets, ensuring that all resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Client Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports that highlight campaign performance, deliver insights, and offer recommendations for future improvements.
- Strategic Input: Provide feedback and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities for clients (e.g., introducing new marketing channels, campaigns, or technologies).
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges or issues that arise during campaigns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients, contributing to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling agency services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, especially in the e-commerce sector.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) and working with PPC specialists.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, social media scheduling tools, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to clients in a clear and actionable way.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, always seeking ways to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in managing budgets, KPIs, and delivering reports that reflect campaign success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and CRO (conversion rate optimization) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UGC (user-generated content) and influencer marketing strategies.
- Experience working with clients in the GCC region or other international markets.
- Experience in working with performance marketing campaigns.
