Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns. Your primary goal will be to drive user acquisition and maximize ROI through data-driven strategies and innovative approaches. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, analytics, and creative teams to deliver effective and efficient performance marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Platform Management: Manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Adwords, Facebook, Twitter & various DSPs (primarily Adform).
• Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, including bid management, audience targeting, and creative or ad copy adjustments.
• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of different variables on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices across paid media marketing to keep our strategies competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the online gaming or casino industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using various platforms:
• DSPs/ad exchanges (e.g. Google DV 360, Trade Desk & Adform)
• PPC (e.g. Google Adwords, Bing Ads)
• Paid Social (e.g. Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads)
• Experience in managing multiple paid media channels (e.g. PPC, Paid Social & Programmatic)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
