We specialize in providing innovative solutions that leave a lasting impact on our clients and their target audiences.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our remote team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is ideal for a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, a results-driven mindset, and a proven ability to lead marketing initiatives from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee and execute a range of marketing initiatives designed to elevate Brand Blvd’s visibility and impact.
Strategy & Leadership:
- Assist in executing our yearly initiatives outlined in our strategic plan.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies targeting our ideal customer profiles, exploring new avenues to obtain leads.
- Execute and manage large projects, such as a website revitalization, ensuring user-centric design, search engine optimized content and functionality.
- Execute action items following our brand audit to align messaging with corporate goals.
- Lead ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and campaigns, exploring new avenues to reach our chosen accounts.
Content & Communication:
- Devise content strategies to support marketing goals and coordinate with our freelance content writer to execute content plan.
- Oversee the work of the Marketing Specialist.
- Complete monthly reporting and analytics to measure departmental success and ROI.
- Train and enable the sales team to leverage marketing initiatives effectively.
- Oversee email newsletters and explore new avenues for growth.
- Position Brand Blvd as a thought leader by developing long-form content (e.g., lookbook, whitepapers, webinars) tailored to your ICP (marketing and HR leaders).
- Pursue partnerships to amplify the brand’s expertise.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including a proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, lead generation, and ABM principles.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
