In this role, you’ll shape and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, boost customer engagement, and contribute to revenue growth. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, manage content creation, and elevate brand identity. Working closely with teams across the organization—Sales, Client Services, Creative Services, and HR—you’ll help deliver cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:
Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and target audiences.
Execute multi-channel campaigns including digital, print, social media, thought leadership, and events.
Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Content Creation & Brand Management
Oversee the creation of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and other promotional channels.
Manage a content calendar for thought leadership initiatives such as podcasts, videos, and articles.
Ensure brand consistency and recognition across all marketing channels.
Budget & Resource Management
Assist in managing the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with Sales, Creative, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and market trends, offering insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a creative agency or the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a strategic mindset and passion for creativity.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Remote work experience is a plus.
