An established Australian health fund is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to newly created Growth Team. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to shape retention strategies and support growth ambitions, focusing on the full lifecycle of valued members.
This role is ideal for someone who is ready to make an impact within a respected NFP health fund, alongside a forward-thinking team. An individual who is ready to innovate, problem-solve, and lead with creativity.

What is the role?
- Design and execute multi-channel retention campaigns and lifecycle programmes to enhance customer engagement and loyalty;
- Utilise customer segmentation, data, and insights to tailor journeys and drive retention and lifetime value;
- Develop targeted strategies for at-risk customers to increase re-engagement and reduce churn;
- Implement test-and-learn approaches to gain insights, optimise campaigns, and improve efficiencies;
- Clearly communicate the value proposition across all channels to reinforce brand benefits;
- Track, analyse, and optimise campaign success metrics through effective reporting systems; and
- Manage the budget and spending with agencies to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
What are we looking for?
- An experienced marketer who is well versed in the world of retentions;
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven, full-lifecycle retention campaigns;
- A proactive, insights-driven marketer who’s curious, data-savvy, and adopted a ‘test and learn’ approach; and
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit team, with a passion for testing, learning, and growing marketing effectiveness.
