In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing strategy, with a focus on content creation, digital marketing, and social media engagement. You will oversee the creation and distribution of our monthly newsletters, manage email marketing campaigns, maintain our contact lists, and ensure our website stays updated with fresh, relevant content. As the marketing lead, you’ll work cross-functionally with other teams to strengthen our brand presence, engage with customers, and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy – Develop engaging, on-brand content for various marketing channels including blogs, newsletters, social media, and website. – Craft compelling copy for email campaigns, social media posts, product descriptions, and other marketing materials. – Create and execute content calendars to align with overall marketing and business goals. Email Marketing – Manage the end-to-end process of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, design, copywriting, testing, and performance tracking. – Analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize strategies for better engagement. Newsletter Development – Design and send out monthly newsletters, collaborating with internal teams to feature relevant content, promotions, or company updates. – Ensure newsletter design is visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines. – Track and report on newsletter performance metrics and suggest improvements. Social Media Management – Plan, create, and post engaging content across our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). – Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer engagement to keep the company’s content fresh and relevant. – Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social platforms in a timely and professional manner. Website Updates & Maintenance – Regularly update website content to ensure it’s current and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns, product launches, and events. – Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement new features and design improvements. – Monitor website analytics, ensuring that content is optimized for SEO and user experience. Contact List Management – Manage and segment contact lists for email marketing, ensuring that lists are clean, accurate, and up-to-date. – Work with the sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment on target audiences and customer segmentation. Performance Tracking & Reporting – Track and report on key performance metrics for all marketing initiatives, including email open rates, social media engagement, website traffic, and lead generation. – Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve overall marketing effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and product launches. – Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized marketing tasks (e.g., graphic design, video production). Qualifications Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role. Technical Skills: – Proficiency in email marketing platforms – Experience with social media management tools – Strong working knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing best practices. – Familiarity with website content management systems – Knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tools for performance tracking.Skills & Competencies: – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write compelling and clear content. – Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. – Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. – Strong organizational and project management skills.
