Position Overview: 

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to serve as the Head of our Marketing Department, reporting directly to the CEO. This role involves leading the end-to-end execution of marketing strategies, overseeing content creation, managing the Marketing department as well as ad campaigns, and scaling marketing systems. If you have a proven track record in marketing leadership and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fully remote work environment, this position is for you. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Marketing Leadership & Strategy Execution 

• Serve as the Head of the Marketing Department, developing and executing comprehensive strategies across multiple channels to drive growth, enhance customer acquisition, and maximize engagement and revenue. 
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to optimize and manage advertising campaigns, testing creative

elements, hooks, and formats for maximum reach and impact. 

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per booked call, and marketing budget adherence, using data-driven insights to optimize strategy. 

• Content Production & Management 

• Oversee the creation and management of content across platforms such as YouTube, social media, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with brand goals and engagement targets.  
• Lead ideation, scriptwriting, and production of multimedia content, working with content creators, video editors, and designers to ensure high-impact output. 
• Continuously optimize content and advertising for engagement and conversion. 

• Team Collaboration & Leadership 

• Manage cross-functional collaboration with media buyers, content creators and your team own members, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. 
• Lead and scale content marketing systems to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. 
• Ensure all advertising content adheres to platform-specific compliance standards. 

• Tools & Technologies 

• Leverage key tools including Hyros, Notion, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Excel to drive data
• driven decisions and improve overall marketing performance. 

• Content Research & Competitive Analysis 

• Analyze content trends and industry developments to inform and adapt marketing strategies. 
• Conduct competitor research to strengthen market positioning.

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, content production, and advertising management.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Hyros, Google Analytics, Notion, and ClickUp.
• Exceptional project and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives effectively. 
• Creative thinker with a structured, strategic approach to marketing and content creation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for driving impactful results.
