Marketing Manager (Remote)

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and shape the face of a top Apple Authorized Reseller? We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to head the Marcom department.

About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will take charge of the Marcom department. Reporting directly to upper management, manage marketing operations across all platforms, and play a pivotal role in brand positioning and communication strategies.

We need someone proactive, hands-on, and passionate about fostering team growth, managing processes, and achieving impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Marcom team, ensuring continued alignment with the company’s goals.
• Oversee all advertising, digital, print, and social media campaigns, including crafting compelling slogans and managing creative outputs.
• Manage relationships with external partners, distributors, influencers, and vendors to execute marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on CRM, campaign development, and brand communication strategies.
• Represent the company in strategic discussions with Apple Turkiye and manage cross-functional meetings daily.
• Oversee website content, video production, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the business development and financial planning teams to design and implement campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5-10 years in marketing or a related field.
• Education & Background: Multidisciplinary and diverse education/professional experience preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong brand positioning and communication skills.
• Proven experience in team leadership and developing marketing talent.
• Hands-on expertise with creative campaign management across various platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work with technical teams, including CRM and software developers.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Personal Traits: Energetic, solution-oriented, growth-minded, and collaborative.

Work Location

• Remote with flexibility to meet with the team or clients (occasional travel required).
