As the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that attract, retain, and engage customers. You’ll drive our brand presence, optimize campaigns, and help us stand out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.).
• Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and develop partnerships, affiliate programs, and sponsorship opportunities to expand reach.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring their success and alignment with company goals.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 6+ years of marketing experience in the web hosting industry or closely related fields (SaaS, cloud services, etc.).

Skills:

• Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Proven experience creating and managing marketing budgets.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the web hosting industry, customer personas, and market trends.
• Tools: Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
• Leadership: Exceptional team management and interpersonal skills.
• Creative Mindset: Ability to generate innovative ideas to differentiate Ultahost in the market.
