Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our innovative SaaS product. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive product adoption, enhance customer engagement, and increase market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fintech or technology industry, with a proven ability to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the new software product.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Define product messaging, positioning, and value proposition that differentiates our product in the market.
Product Launch:
- Plan and execute successful product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer support.
- Develop launch materials such as press releases, sales presentations, product demos, and FAQs.
- Monitor launch performance and adjust strategies to ensure success.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to build product awareness and demand.
- Create compelling marketing content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, email, WhatsApp marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing assistance to the sales team.
- Gather and analyze feedback to optimize product development and marketing strategies.
Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with the product and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Develop customer case studies and testimonials to showcase success stories.
- Implement strategies to boost customer adoption, retention, and advocacy.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize tools like CleverTap, Google Analytics, and HubSpot to track and analyze marketing performance.
- Prepare reports for senior management, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Continuously refine strategies to improve marketing ROI and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software or technology marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools.
- Proven experience in product launches and multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, CleverTap, and Google Analytics is a plus.
