On this occasion, we are looking for a Marketing Manager for a US client
Accountabilities
- Successfully executed marketing campaigns for client’s new condominium.
- Development of sales projects.
- Develop and manage marketing strategies and budgets tailored to each project.
- Ensure campaigns deliver high-quality leads that align with sales goals.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors to deliver marketing materials and services on time and within budget.
- Provide regular performance analytics and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Primary Scorecard Measurables & Metrics
- Execution of marketing campaigns within budget and scope.
- Lead generation volume and quality based on campaign goals.
- Clear, actionable reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
Processes Owned
- Created and executed a marketing campaign for new condominium sales.
- Budget management and invoice management for project-specific marketing initiatives.
- Timeline and deliverable coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales objectives for new condominium developments.
- Create multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Work directly with project teams to ensure campaigns align with overall project goals and brand identity.
Vendor and Partner Management:
- Coordinate with external vendors, including designers, content creators, and advertising platforms, to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage relationships with media outlets and digital platforms to ensure campaign success.
Content Development and Digital Forms:
- Oversee the creation of engaging content across various formats, such as email, social media, blog posts, and videos.
- Setup and manage campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Administer and update project-specific CRM systems to track and feature leads effectively.
Performance Analytics and Reporting:
- Conduct detailed analysis of marketing campaign performance to identify trends and areas for optimization.
- Report on key metrics such as lead generation, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
Budget and Timeline Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for each project, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Process monthly invoices to ensure all accounts are paid in full and clients have full insight into invoices they are due to pay.
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on digital campaign execution.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms like Monday.com, HubSpot, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and budget management practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
