What can you expect?

• You will support the planning, execution and optimization of online and offline marketing campaigns to increase Meight’s brand awareness and generate new leads.
• You will create content for social media, blogs, newsletters and marketing materials that captivate our target audience and encourage interaction.
• You will help us manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
• You will monitor the performance of our campaigns using tools such as the Facebook Business Suite and derive suggestions for improvement based on concrete insights.
• You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales to ensure the alignment of campaigns and messaging.

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication sciences, media management or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing and communication as well as in the use of common marketing tools.
• Initial experience in creating and managing advertising campaigns and using tools such as Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Interest in the latest marketing trends and digital opportunities, such as AI-supported campaigns etc.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Salary:

• 35 – 40k€ base salary + shares in the company + benefits
