We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to enhance and streamline our marketing initiatives, ensure data accuracy within our CRM, and optimize campaign processes for maximum impact. This role is essential in driving efficient marketing operations, aligning strategies with business goals, and supporting the success of our marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team through coaching, goal setting, and performance feedback
Conduct in-depth online research to drive thought leadership that fuels newsletters, whitepapers, webinars, podcasts, infographics, awareness, and the reputation of KnowledgeCity as a thought leader and information resource.
Work closely with senior leaders and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently
Oversee the creation and execution of high-quality written and visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals
Develop and implement marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including workflows, automation, and lead nurturing
Manage the development and distribution of engaging newsletters and mass email campaigns
Analyze website and blog traffic to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement
Create ROI and marketing results reports leveraging Google Analytics, Google Console and social media analytics tools
Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of a marketing team (content writers, copy editors, social media specialists, graphic designers etc.)
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices

Required Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management
Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO, and content marketing
Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals
Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
Passion for online learning and professional development
