Marketing Manager | EXO Travel | Thailand
Role Summary:
EXO Travel is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to implement EXO Travel’s marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance EXO Travel’s brand image, drive business growth and strengthen relationships with partners. This is a highly collaborative role that requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, creativity, and effectiveness in all marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Work in concert with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing team to develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with EXO Travel’s goals, market trends and consumer behaviors.
- Drive brand awareness, generate leads and enhance partner engagement through innovative campaigns, communications and content
Brand Development:
- Work in concert with the Director of Marketing and Marketing team to ensure that EXO Travel’s brand identity, marketing materials, visuals and messaging reflect our mission, values, and commitment to delivering world-class travel experiences.
- Monitor brand consistency across various platforms and EXO’s network of destinations
Content & Communication Management:
- Lead the development of high-quality content, including email communications, blogs, newsletters, website content, and social media.
- Ensure the content resonates with diverse audiences, tells compelling stories, and conveys EXO Travel’s unique selling points while maintaining the level of excellence EXO is known for.
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration:
- Work closely with destination teams to identify marketing opportunities that will help showcase the people, products and initiatives of our destinations, services and EXO Travel overall.
Team Enablement:
- Equip teams across the EXO Travel group with the latest marketing materials, branding guidelines and communication assets. Act as a key resource for internal departments, ensuring that all team members have access to the information and tools they need to represent EXO Travel effectively.
Digital Marketing Leadership:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize website content, social media engagement and email marketing efforts. Analyze digital campaign performance and adapt strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to reach target markets and adapt to evolving the evolving landscape of the tourism industry.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key metrics across campaigns, assessing performance against goals and identifying areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing approaches and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of destination marketing, brand management, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and creating compelling content.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Passion for travel and a commitment to sustainable, responsible tourism.
- Strong communication and writing skills, able to quickly and efficiently produce communication content
Skills:
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi-faceted projects while working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong creative skills and ability to assess things both analytically and visually
- Knowledgeable about the tourism industry and of travel in our destinations
- Keen eye for visuals and ability to provide useful input on the creative direction things
