About the position:
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that effectively position our products in the market, drive customer engagement, and support sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with product development, and sales to understand market needs, create compelling messaging, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing product positioning and value propositions, implement go-to-market strategies, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving product success.
Responsibilities:
- Go-to-market strategy: developing, planning, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive effort;
- Take a hands-on approach on content creation, sourcing and developing effective and engaging content marketing assets;
- Responsible for product information distribution and promo ideas generating;
- Responsible for planning marketing activities with Business development managers and local ASBIS offices;
- Responsible for the reports and providing marketing activities ROI measurement;
- Participation in the web-site content management and control over the timely updating of information;
- Preparation for the exhibitions, presentations, seminars, and other events;
- Cooperation with contractors (marketing and PR agencies, printing houses, mass media, etc.).
- Participation in production processes in terms of marketing component.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B product marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Practical experience of organizing and conducting marketing activities (with the presence of real-world examples to prove their feasibility and effectiveness)
- Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Confident self-starter, able to work independently as well as with cross-functional partners and senior management teams
