We are hiring for a Digital Transformation Consulting firm that specializes in the Advisory and implementation of AI, Automation, and Analytics strategies for the Healthcare providers. The company is headquartered in NJ, USA and its India office is in Indore, MP.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As the Marketing Manager – Strategy and Innovation, you will spearhead Companies marketing initiatives by blending strategic vision with modern execution. A tech-savvy marketer, you’ll actively use AI tools and platforms like LinkedIn to amplify brand reach, nurture leads, and establish the company as a thought leader. This role is perfect for a data-driven, innovative thinker who excels at market research, content creation, and digital marketing in the dynamic IT solutions space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efforts and team productivity.

· Lead a team in driving impactful campaigns that align with Nuaig’s mission.

2. Modern Marketing Excellence

· Utilize platforms like LinkedIn for thought leadership, audience engagement, and lead generation.

· Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, integrating the latest practices into strategies.

3. Market Research & Opportunity Identification

· Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and target high-value accounts through ABM strategies.

4. Lead Generation & Pitch Leadership

· Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.

· Lead pitch calls with prospects and nurture leads through various stages of the sales funnel.

5. Content Creation & Brand Positioning

· Co-create compelling content, including case studies, blogs, and marketing collateral, showcasing Nuaig’s Intelligent Automation/AI solutions.

· Collaborate with industry associations like LeadingAge and Argentum to strengthen Nuaig’s brand positioning.

6. Digital Marketing & Campaigns

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing.

· Ensure optimization of campaigns for maximum engagement and conversions.

7. Performance Tracking & Analytics

· Define and implement sophisticated tracking mechanisms to measure marketing effectiveness.

· Analyze data to inform strategies and optimize ROI across campaigns.

8. Collaboration & Innovation

· Work with internal teams to align marketing messaging with business goals.

· Partner with external stakeholders to create powerful narratives and establish long-term relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

· Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of IT solutions, AI, or Intelligent Automation industries.

· Hands-on expertise with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, and LinkedIn marketing.

· Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities with sharp business acumen.

· Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.

· Strong aptitude for market research and data analysis.

· Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt quickly to new trends.
