Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long term strategic marketing vision for LetsLocalise
- Manage multi- platform media plans across ATL / BTL channels
- Liaison and lead conversations with external Agencies for Media / other deliverables on a day-to-day basis
- Create campaign wrap up reports, best practices / process documents wherever required
- Creating, building, improving partner marketing assets for our strategic partners (Charities, Organisations, Individuals including board members)
- Identify opportunities to market new product / features
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all things marketing and help bridge the gap between Sales Target and Achievement through Marketing Activities
- Act as the brand-custodian to critically analyse all the static/video asset going/coming in and out of the Platform
- Partner with development team and Project Managers to understand requirements and help grow business by presenting evidence, insights, and other subject matter expertise
- Ensure launch readiness of brand Initiatives (like fund-raising events, etc)
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of digital marketing department (with or without agency support) including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets and presenting a Month-on-Month report of spends.
- Planning and managing LetsLocalise’s social media platforms.
- Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Identifying and studying the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry
- Evaluating and participating in online / offline events which help amplify overall objectives
- Working with cross-functional team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Requirements:
- MBA – Marketing with 3 to 5 years of experience working in a Marketing / Growth Role (Minimum 1.5 to 2 years working on a Digital Platform / Application)
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in Marketing domain.
- Available for a full-time role (5 days a week, UK time, Work from Home in India)
