Marketing Manager (Remote)

We are expanding our team at Glow Up Marketing and are seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing Manager. 

We are a global marketing agency that specialises in the salon and aesthetics industry across Ireland and Australia. 

The ideal candidate must have a passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry, with strong knowledge of the social media landscape. 

Through your energy, creativity, innovation and eye-catching content creation, you will drive our client’s reach and engagement with new strategies to excite potential customers. If you are a highly energetic, organised, team player – this could be the perfect opportunity for you. 

YOUR DUTIES:

• Manage the social media and marketing team on all areas of the marketing plan across campaigns and channels: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Hosting monthly strategy with clients, preparing beforehand ideas suitable for that clients industry or niche
• Creating monthly social media strategies, scheduling regular captivating content for all social media pages while focusing on attention to detail
• Managing deadlines for both client and team to ensure content is planned, created and approved on schedule
• Content creation will be required across multiple platforms, in different creative formats. Video editing, reels, post and story creatives. 
• Strategic planning of weekly posts for clients across posts and stories
• Write engaging, long-form captions for Instagram posts, using a blend of storytelling and educational styles.
• Monitor user engagement and report on social performance to drive growth
• Candidates will be required to travel on site to client locations for video content shoots as requested. (Must be based in Ireland and have a car to be able to travel to client locations) 
• Staying on top of trends across multiple social platforms to build into clients’ strategy to ensure continuous growth across client accounts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification in social media / digital marketing
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience required
• Full driving license
• Candidates must be based and living in Ireland due to on site client meetings
• Strong knowledge and interest in the salon and aesthetics industries and social media landscape

• You are based and living in Ireland due to on site client meetings

This role is not for you if:

• You need hand-holding to get things done – we like to champion independence over micro-managing here!
• You have less than 2 years experience in social media or have never managed multiple accounts competently on your own. 
• You work better when getting things done at the last minute – we’re all about organisation and time management.

1. A 2-week and 30 day bespoke onboarding and training plan created for your first day
2. A full, structured onboarding and training via video call
3. A library of SOPs for you to be able to follow independently to learn how we do things in the company 
4. A monthly 1:1 call for constructive feedback and to review challenges and accomplishments
