Job Description
Seeking an innovative, results-driven marketer with a proven track record of B2B success to support the Japan market. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently and, in a team effectively, and to support marketing for a dynamic, worldwide organization focused on global mobility services. We are seeking an individual with a deep passion for innovation, marketing technologies and data-driven insights. Candidates must reside in Tokyo.
- With the guidance of the APAC Regional Marketing Leader, develop and implement strategic marketing plans that support the growth of the organization in Japan for both its outbound and
- inbound clients.
- Responsible for end-to-end marketing management; planning and developing all-round multi-channel marketing strategies and activities. Deliver innovative, differentiated marketing
- campaigns and assets aligned to the growth priorities of the firm.
- Collaborate closely with the local Japan leadership team, business development, and client account teams to develop seamless, customer-centric marketing activations that support
- the growth plans of those teams.
- Leverage marketing automation, personalization, and analytics tools to maximize and measure the impact of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Embrace teaming and collaboration; with a strong sense of community across the marketing team to share best practices with the regional and global marketing teams.
- A self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
- Proven success in understanding how marketing activations translate to business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation
- Experience in multichannel content marketing, particularly through digital channels (paid, owned, earned channels)
- Experience in planning and supporting proprietary and third-party events.
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong writing skills to assist in content marketing
- Previous experience in professional services organizations would be highly advantageous and desirable.
Qualifications
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing.
Education Qualification: Any Graduate degree (Master degree is preferred)
