Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a skilled marketer who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and delivering exceptional results, combining strategic thinking with practical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies that drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and events.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create targeted email campaigns that align with revenue goals and enhance client relationships.

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to support coaching modules and advisory services.
  • Generate exceptional marketing copy reflecting our personality for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Manage website content, ensuring it is SEO-optimized, user-friendly, and reflective of our brand voice.

Design & Branding:

  • Design professional graphics and marketing collateral using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets, ensuring a cohesive and professional image.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage social media accounts, creating content that inspires engagement and reflects our firm’s expertise and values.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work directly with leadership and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Act as the point person for all marketing initiatives, driving projects to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate marketing support for workshops, webinars, and client events, from promotional materials to post-event communications.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience & Expertise:

  • A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in marketing, with a strong track record of hands-on execution and measurable results.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Proven success in professional services, consulting, or coaching industries is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and producing high-quality content.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in email marketing platforms (HubSpot etc.) and campaign management tools.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Advanced knowledge of website management (WordPress) and SEO strategies.
  • Skilled in leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to help create and refine marketing content.
  • Experience with paid digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools.
