Job Description: Marketing Manager
Location: remote
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Managing Director

Role Overview:
As Marketing Manager at Horizon Digital Pakistan, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive lead generation, enhance brand presence, and support business growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance strategic thinking with execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy
◦ Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with Horizon Digital’s goals and growth targets.
◦ Identify new channels, opportunities, and partnerships to enhance our reach.

2. Lead Generation
◦ Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
◦ Work with sales to qualify and nurture leads into opportunities.
◦ Manage marketing funnels, ensuring continuous improvement in conversion rates.

3. Digital Advertising
◦ Plan and oversee performance marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
◦ Monitor ad performance and budgets, adjusting strategies to ensure maximum ROI.

4. Content Creation & Management
◦ Lead the creation of high-quality content (blogs, white papers, case studies, videos) to attract and engage target audiences.
◦ Ensure consistent messaging aligned with our brand values.

5. Campaign Analytics & Reporting
◦ Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
◦ Use data insights to improve marketing strategies and decision-making.

6. Collaboration
◦ Work closely with sales and delivery teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
◦ Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers as needed.

Required Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a B2B technology/AI/services environment.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and digital advertising platforms.
• Proven ability to create and manage engaging content. • Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
