Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about marketing to develop and oversee a variety of marketing materials and sales support resources. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—comprising investment professionals, advisors, product, sales, and creative departments—ensuring that all outputs align with organizational objectives and adhere to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage a comprehensive portfolio of marketing and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with investment professionals and advisor teams to ensure all marketing content accurately represents current offerings and addresses any content deficiencies.
- Create clear and detailed creative briefs to guide the creative team in producing high-quality work.
- Oversee project timelines and workflows to facilitate seamless collaboration among multiple teams.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, tackle challenges proactively, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements through effective collaboration with compliance and legal teams.
- Utilize tools such as Seismic to efficiently organize, distribute, and monitor marketing assets.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials for precision, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
- Maintain continuous communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, Seismic, and various project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience in crafting consumer-facing content is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, project management, or program management.
- Familiarity with developing multimedia communications (print, video, email, web) is essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders effectively.
- A background in the financial services, technology, banking, or financial advisory sectors is preferred.
