Position Summary
We’re looking for a:
- Marketing Expert with experience working with various clients or on various projects simultaneously.
- SEO and SEM Expert with hands-on experience.
- Social Media/Digital Marketing, Software Product Marketing, and Marketing Strategy development Expert with hands-on experience.
- Goal-orientated and Result-driven Marketing Strategist with a solid understanding and experience in marketing strategy development, marketing analysis, and customer acquisition.
- Tech Product Marketing Expert.
As our Marketing Manager, you will be managing the marketing strategy, branding, and customer acquisition channels of a few companies simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively Manage the SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing of our Firms.
- Train team on marketing management activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor a quarterly, monthly, and weekly schedule of marketing and branding activities to meet the target marketing goals of our companies.
- Manage the branding and customer acquisition/engagement campaigns of the firm, including but not limited to email marketing, paid social, search engine optimization, content development, influencer management, and event management.
- Develop measurement methodology, set up tracking, build reports and dashboards, and analyze the results to provide visibility into campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage relevant data to plan marketing initiatives and regularly track, evaluate, and report on campaign metrics/ROI against KPIs and adjust campaigns as needed in response.
- Lead the firm’s marketing collaterals, messaging, and overall branding.
- Manage other team members for optimal marketing results and manage new business projects or ad-hoc activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, and Community Building.
- 5+ Years of tech product or software application marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines. Master’s degree preferred.
- Mastery of digital marketing activities such as email marketing, paid social, search engine optimization, content development, and more.
- Energetic, go-getter, and creative marketing professional ready to roll sleeves, find answers, and achieve results.
- 3+ years of experience in Fintech, banking, or SAAS marketing is ideal.
- Ability and willingness to grow into a Senior Marketing Management role within the firm.
- Knowledge of Google Suite, HubSpot, and other marketing management tools.
- Experience managing budget and marketing forecasts along with ROI assessment/tracking.
- Abreast of new marketing management strategies and activities with an international mindset.
