Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our marketing department, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively engage and convert potential clients.
• Coordinating and managing events and conferences, ensuring successful sponsorship acquisition and post-event analysis.
• Developing and scaling programs aimed at driving lead generation and enhancing our sales pipeline.
• Strategizing and enriching our social media presence through innovative content and targeted outreach efforts.
• Creating high-quality marketing materials, such as blog articles, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Providing essential support to the sales team by equipping them with impactful materials and insights.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:

• A strong foundation in digital marketing and demand generation, backed by 4-8 years of relevant experience across various marketing functions.
• Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication abilities, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, and Asana, coupled with a tech-savvy approach to learning new platforms.
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while navigating ambiguity effectively.

Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 4-8 years of marketing experience, encompassing various domains such as product marketing, demand generation, and content creation.
• Experience in the education or edtech sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel domestically for events and team gatherings a few times per quarter.

• Salary range: (90,000 – )140,000, commensurate with experience.
