Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multifaceted marketing initiatives, including email marketing, advertising, promotional activities, sales materials, and point-of-sale resources.
- Generate customer-focused programs aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Collaborate with both external agencies and internal teams to develop branded and compliant marketing collateral.
- Partner with leadership to plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows, seminars, and local sponsorship events.
- Provide strategic insights and problem-solving initiatives to meet business goals.
- Strategically manage consumer credit card project initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Optimize marketing campaigns led by the Center of Excellence to satisfy sales targets.
- Oversee campaign management, including balance generation and digital adoption initiatives.
- Ensure availability of necessary marketing materials to facilitate card issuance in support of acquisition offers.
- Publish monthly metrics related to the credit portfolio for stakeholders.
- Conduct compliance audits on marketing materials to ensure they meet governance standards.
- Coordinate legal and compliance reviews for all marketing assets.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to identify areas for optimization.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in email marketing and campaign management.
- Experience in business or credit line marketing.
- Knowledge of auditing and compliance processes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities combined with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.

Compensation And Benefits
- Pay Range: (38/hr. – )46.24/hr.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and job responsibilities. Additional non-standard compensation, such as benefits and PTO, is not included in this range.
