We invite you to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team as a Marketing Manager in a fully remote capacity. Our company is dedicated to revolutionizing the refund experience through our advanced Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) embedded refund protection platform. This role is tailored for an innovative professional who is passionate about developing marketing strategies, crafting compelling content, and executing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns to facilitate product launches as well as customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Create and manage targeted digital and email marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, ensuring a clear understanding of return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure campaign objectives align with broader business insights and goals.
• Manage diverse marketing projects such as events, newsletters, and promotional programs.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in campaign management, copywriting, and design, with a minimum of 3 years in a marketing role.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, as well as CRM systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in relevant areas.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools and marketing automation.
