Key Responsibilities
- Drive SEO strategies to improve search rankings and amplify organic traffic through precise keyword targeting, on-page optimization, and content development.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for search engines, is fast-loading, and provides a user-friendly experience.
- Partner with sales and product marketing teams to create persuasive sales enablement content, including product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and customer success narratives.
- Keep marketing materials relevant, on-brand, and aligned with core value propositions.
- Develop engaging video scripts and storyboards in coordination with internal teams, optimizing video content for web, social media, and email campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage and expand the company’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Create and implement a content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives, boosting brand awareness and driving website traffic.
- Track and analyze social media performance, adapting strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Oversee the HubSpot platform for campaign automation, lead nurturing, and email marketing, while developing dashboards to monitor key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars in partnership with internal teams, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, and optimizing landing pages in HubSpot for webinar invites and follow-ups.
- Monitor webinar performance metrics and provide insights to inform future strategies.
Required Skills
- Proficient in SEO practices with a proven ability to enhance search engine rankings.
- Strong content creation skills, particularly in developing sales enablement materials and video content.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating effective social media strategies.
- Expertise in HubSpot, focusing on campaign automation, CRM, and lead management.
- Solid analytical skills to assess and report on key marketing metrics.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with a talent for handling multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, and web development teams to achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, emphasizing SEO, lead generation, content creation, and video marketing.
- Proven experience in utilizing HubSpot for campaign automation and lead management.
