Marketing Operations Center (MOC)

The MOC position will oversee the APAC region. This is a 100% remote position. This position will be the first and last person the partners of Microsoft will engage with.

This role will be both internal and external facing and will require someone who is a self-starter that takes initiative and produces solutions to problems quickly.

The ideal candidate for this position will understand the impact we have when building relationships with partners in addition to supporting our internal team. The MOC lead needs to be comfortable presenting to large groups of individuals/partners and have experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.

Candidate requirements:

1. Has worked on a team and/or has experience leading a team
2. 3+ years of client-facing work
3. Excellent communicator
4. Fast-learner and has the ability to pivot when things change
5. Has experience working on MS Teams Application + Powerpoint
6. Proficient in English both written and oral but also multilingual (preferably Chinese, Korean, and Japanese)
7. Has a flexible working schedule and is able to work across different time zones.
8. Prides themselves on digging in without oversight and quality work
9. An energetic pace along with a positive attitude
10. Has experience working in Tech
11. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams
12. Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
13. Proficient in managing multiple prioritized tasks at the same time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Reports and communicates daily with the MOC Leads
2. Good with data and project management
3. Helps build training materials for Internal MOC team
4. Updates Monday.com every day- logging any activity for partners and/or materials you are currently working on
5. Finds solutions to problems before they arise
6. Must be able to work with our global team and across different time zones is crucial
7. Adaptable and not resistant to change
