About the Role

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support the Product Marketing Managers with the end-to-end marketing cycle, from planning to Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. This role is highly cross-functional, and you will work with key partners across the marketing organisation.

You will be a critical support for the client’s team across the marketing functions in APAC. You will manage the planning and operational processes for the team, most heavily focused on:

  • Project management and prioritisation of the marketing team’s activities and resources.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships to support the markers in achieving their goals.
  • Owning the delivery of products that automate and visualise the marketing planning and operational cycles.
  • Proactively review existing processes, and come forward with alternative solutions to improve systems that reduce the steps for the end users.
  • Crafting compelling industry narratives to influence through different internal communication channels (e.g. internal update newsletters)

  • Drive and support program management and prioritisation for the marketing team’s activities across APAC.
  • Optimize the marketing efforts through systems, processes, and technologies that keep the end users’ experience and marketing goals at the forefront.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of digital products (websites, portals) to enhance operations and develop processes and frameworks to support structure and accountability.
  • Own some of the monthly and quarterly marketing support activities across planning, and facilitating to execution.
  • Communicate status and progress updates and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
  • Identify and develop improvements to the operations processes to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Find opportunities to streamline, connect and simplify processes by engaging stakeholders to adopt best practices and learnings.

About you:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience as a Digital Account Manager, a Project/Programme Manager or Marketing Operations Specialist.
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital agency or marketing consultancy, with experience in-house at a technology company within the PMO or strategy division.
  • Project management with strong analytical capabilities and a knack for solving challenging problems,
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple and intuitive communication to cater to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Highly articulate and adaptive to the different communication styles of different stakeholders at a range of seniority levels.
  • Independent problem solver who can develop and recommend solutions to the business and remain collaborative within a matrix organisational team dynamic.
  • Solid experience with the Google Suite and tools: Sheets, AppSheets, etc.
