Your Role:

As a Marketing & Operations Manager at ZBS, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our marketing strategies hit the mark. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, multifaceted environment.

What You’ll Do:

Operations:

• Be the go-to person for day-to-day business operations.
• Respond to and route emails efficiently.
• Design and send out engaging marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate private coaching sessions for our talented clients.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our sales staff.
• Process payments and handle financial transactions seamlessly.
• Solve problems and provide top-notch support to clients.

Marketing:

• Assess our current marketing efforts and inject new energy and ideas.
• Create compelling content for blogs and Instagram that resonate with our audience.
• Develop and execute innovative email and text marketing strategies.

Analytics:

• Dive deep into business metrics and track performance.
• Identify where our leads are coming from and analyze conversion rates.
• Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and suggest optimizations.
• Provide actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Familiarity with WordPress and CRM systems (a plus, but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Shift: Night Shift (5 days a week)

Commitment: Minimum 2 years
