Overview

Dreamtime Learning is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our marketing operations. This role is pivotal in driving growth and engagement across our platforms, enhancing our brand positioning, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand partnerships, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

– Social Media Growth & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and follower growth across all social media platforms.

– Digital Brand Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with digital influencers and platforms to enhance brand visibility and reach.

– Brand Positioning & Content: Craft and execute content strategies that align with Dreamtime Learning’s brand values and objectives.

– Marketing Events: Plan and manage digital and physical marketing events that promote brand awareness and customer engagement.

– Brand Amplification: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify brand presence through various marketing channels.

– Marketing Design: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials that are visually compelling and on-brand.

– Increase in Organic Traffic: Develop SEO strategies to boost organic traffic to our digital platforms.

– Communications – Email and WhatsApp: Design and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

– Brand Partnerships & Visibility: Foster relationships with key partners to enhance brand visibility and drive collaborative marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

– 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.

– Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and partnerships.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

– Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
