In this role, you will be the strategic and operational leader, guiding the team from campaign conception through delivery. You will oversee the entire production process, from ensuring media strategy alignment and optimizing campaign performance to executing flawless email and media campaigns and maintaining the highest quality standards. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally, provide mentorship, and foster continuous improvement will be crucial in driving success for the YouTube Marketing Activation team.
Position Responsibilities
- Handle multiple complex responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Developing strong relationships with key client stakeholders, supporting them through various strategic initiatives and providing incisive insights
- Lead cross-functional and cross-site projects that positively impact productivity, quality, CX and other parameters
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed
- Providing regular coaching and mentoring to individual contributors to motivate them to elevate their performance and in planning their career growth trajectory
- Serve as a focal point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for any project related queries to ensure team’s actions remain in synergy
- Ensure seamless assimilation for any new features / processes changes and ensure proactive SLA management
- Deep dive, create RCA’s and develop remediation strategies for escalations
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management and Digital Marketing Background
- 3+ years of experience in team management, providing guidance and support to a team of operational specialists
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns across various channels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Preferred qualifications:
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:
- Certified in Google Ads or Meta Ads and experience launching InApp Marketing
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Marketo, Constant Contact, etc.
- Understanding of marketing operations, processes, business requirements
