Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join our

team remotely. This role is critical to ensuring that our marketing campaigns and

creative projects are executed flawlessly, on time, and drive measurable results. As a

Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting account executives

with managing campaign creation and placement, which includes coordinating with

internal teams, clients, and external vendors, and ensuring that all marketing projects

meet our high standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage Creative Process: Oversee the development and execution of creative

marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.

– Campaign Change Outs: Coordinate and implement changes to ongoing marketing

campaigns, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.

– Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work efforts, including project plans,

timelines, and deliverables.

– Client & Vendor Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients,

vendors, and internal teams. Facilitate clear and consistent communication to ensure all

parties are informed and aligned.

– Meeting Participation: Attend virtual meetings, take comprehensive notes, and follow

up on action items to ensure project progress.

– Project Completion: Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that all tasks are

completed on time and meet quality standards.

– Graphic Design Coordination: Work closely with the creative team to request graphics,

manage design projects, and ensure that all creative assets are delivered on time and

meet client expectations.

– Proofing: Review and proof marketing materials with internal teams and clients to

ensure accuracy and consistency before final approval.

– Content & Schedule Management: Provide content and schedules to vendors,

ensuring all deliverables align with the project timeline.

– Performance Reporting: Run and analyze performance reports for all marketing

campaigns, providing insights into key metrics and areas for improvement.

– Presentation: Compile performance results into presentations for clients, showcasing

the effectiveness of campaigns and providing actionable recommendations.

– Team Collaboration: Share performance results with the team to guide decision-

making and optimizing the overall performance of all campaigns.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or similar role in a marketing or

advertising agency.

– Strong understanding of creative processes, project management, campaign

execution, and performance analysis.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage

multiple stakeholders.

– Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Proficient in project management and reporting tools/software.

– Experience working remotely and managing projects across different time zones.

– Familiarity with residential home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus but not

required.
