What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead multiple marketing projects from intake and requirements definition through deployment and debrief
• Manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and objectives, prioritizing requests and identifying potential bottlenecks
• Oversee the integration of marketing tactics across various channels, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams
• Act as the main point of contact for projects, providing regular updates on project progress to stakeholders
• Generate regular reports on project timelines and budgets, ensuring accountability and quality assurance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 4+ years of Project Management experience, including digital marketing
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing department, organization, or agency
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and campaign execution
• Highly proficient in project management tools and software, specifically Monday.com and Smartsheet
