We seek a highly skilled marketing specialist proficient in building out GoHighLevel for sales and conversion optimization within an integrated medical company. The ideal candidate will work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and hitting key performance indicators (KPIs). The company currently has 20 clinics and is opening approximately 60 locations per year.

In this role, you will create and optimize landing pages to drive conversions, cross-selling, and upselling medical products and services. You will collaborate closely with our call center, brick-and-mortar facilities, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow integration, automation, and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Your expertise will drive lead generation, nurture potential clients, optimize conversion rates, and maximize sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, funnels, automation, and landing pages.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage marketing funnels using GoHighLevel to drive sales conversions, optimize landing pages, and maximize cross-sell/upsell opportunities for medical products and services.
  • Collaborate with the CRO to develop, implement, and track marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Optimize automation workflows to ensure efficient communication between the call center, brick-and-mortar locations, and other operational units.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, improve conversion rates, and enhance cross-sell/upsell efforts.
  • Develop, launch, and optimize high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns and offers.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, making data-driven decisions to adjust campaigns and strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure CRM integration and proper database management within GoHighLevel.
  • Work closely with the call center to ensure lead follow-ups are aligned with marketing goals and processes.
  • Collaborate with brick-and-mortar locations to optimize local marketing efforts, ensuring operational synergy.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and new features in GoHighLevel, digital marketing strategies, and automation tools.
  • Develop and execute campaigns highlighting additional medical services or products to existing clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in GoHighLevel (building out funnels, workflows, automations, landing pages, and campaigns).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales automation, or a related role.
  • Experience working with integrated medical practices or similar industries is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CRM integration, landing page optimization, and cross-sell/upsell strategies.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with call centers, operations, and other departments to achieve marketing goals.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with experience tracking KPIs and reporting performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, landing page design, conversion optimization, cross-selling, upselling, and automation strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical or healthcare marketing.
  • Prior experience working with multi-location businesses.
  • Familiarity with local marketing strategies for brick-and-mortar facilities.
  • Knowledge of marketing compliance in the medical industry.
