What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage website strategy for organic and paid media traffic, including SEO insights and optimization
• Develop and maintain consumer pharmacy engagement campaigns with a focus on creative strategy
• Analyze industry trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
• Oversee the end-to-end build and deployment of marketing strategies and campaigns

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of marketing experience within a matrix organization
• 2+ years of digital marketing and paid media experience
• Excellent writing, proofreading, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, or English
• 1+ years of pharmacy marketing experience
• Experience in a complex, matrix organization, preferably in healthcare or with a creative agency
