We offer innovative solutions for asset managers, private banks, financial advisors and traditional companies seeking opportunities in the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem as well as crypto-native companies seeking traditional financial services. You will be joining a fun and fast-paced environment and will be working with a small team of seasoned industry professionals with experience working at top tier global investment banks and industry leaders.
Fintonia Group has launched the first Bitcoin tracker fund managed by a Monetary Authority of Singapore licensed fund manager and is at the forefront of institutional crypto adoption.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our digital presence. The successful candidate will focus on boosting engagement, improving SEO, and increasing brand awareness across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital content platforms. This role involves content creation, distribution, and performance analysis, ensuring that our brand remains at the forefront of the digital asset space. This role will give you the opportunity to directly contribute to building a business and becoming a leader in a fast-growing asset class.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media and content distribution performance, providing actionable insights.
- Regularly report on KPIs, offering suggestions to optimize future digital marketing strategies.
Social Media Management:
- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content on LinkedIn and Facebook to strengthen brand awareness.
- Monitor social media channels, responding to interactions to boost engagement and community growth.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure timely, consistent posting in line with company messaging and strategy.
Email Marketing & CRM Management:
- Assist in creating and distributing weekly email campaigns using Pipedrive.
- Maintain organized contact lists and ensure all email communications align with company standards.
- Leverage Pipedrive to track interactions, providing insights on client engagement.
Content Creation & Distribution:
- Distribute news articles, press releases, and company updates across various channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams for weekly updates and curate relevant content for sharing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sharing insights and thought leadership in the digital assets and fintech space.
SEO & Brand Awareness:
- Implement SEO best practices in all social media and content posts to enhance search visibility.
- Strategically drive brand awareness and visibility across digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and professional brand image.
- Monitor keyword rankings and optimize content to improve our digital footprint.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the internal marketing team and external partners to align digital efforts with the company’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visually appealing, high-quality content.
Key Requirements:
- At least 7 years experience in social media management, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Expertise with LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, concise, and professional messaging.
- Experience using Pipedrive for email marketing, CRM, and contact management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
