Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead client acquisition efforts and establish Paripath Technologies as a prominent name in the EMS sector. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, networking with potential clients, and promoting our expertise in PCB assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients in sectors requiring PCB assembly, such as automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for generating leads through online and offline channels, including cold calling, networking, exhibitions, and online marketing campaigns.
• Brand Promotion: Create and implement marketing campaigns to introduce Paripath Technologies and highlight its unique capabilities in PCB assembly.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster trust and ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the EMS and PCB assembly industry.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing content, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and social media posts.
• Event Participation: Represent Paripath Technologies at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to expand the company’s network and visibility.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics to improve strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production and management teams to align marketing efforts with the company’s goals and capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of atleast 5years in B2B marketing, preferably in the EMS or electronics manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of PCB assembly and EMS industry trends is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
• Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
