We are a leading photography and videography studio based in the Dubai-UAE, specialising in corporate and wedding events. Our goal is to scale our business across the UAE and the Middle East, delivering exceptional creative content tailored to our clients’ needs.

We are seeking a Creative and Experienced Female Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive growth. The ideal candidate will be energetic, multitasking, and highly responsible, with strong communication skills and a proven track record in marketing, lead generation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

• Develop strategies to target potential clients in the UAE and Middle East markets.
• Stay updated on market trends to craft compelling quotations and proposals.
• Actively engage in Facebook groups and other platforms to respond promptly to inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and confidence in our services.

Sales & Project Management:

• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with potential clients, and close deals effectively.
• Calculate pricing and create cost-effective quotations.
• Ensure advance payments and finalize project requirements with clients.

Team Coordination & Project Execution:

• Align team schedules for shoots and ensure the best delivery according to client needs.
• Oversee the editing team remotely, ensuring quality and timely project completion.
• Maintain detailed records of photographers, videographers, and editors to optimize resource utilization.

Social Media & Content Strategy:

• Create and manage weekly social media calendars.
• Post engaging content, client reviews, and updates on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design visually appealing posts and grids using Canva or similar tools.
• Plan and execute ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Boosting) to drive traffic and leads.

Client Relations:

• Provide attentive client support before, during, and after projects.
• Address client feedback promptly and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in social media management, Google Ads, and client targeting.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Skilled in Canva and proficient across major social media platforms.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsive.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the photography/videography industry.
• Familiarity with corporate and wedding event marketing.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn for corporate client targeting.

Job Type:

• Remote + Hybrid: 60% remote, 40% on-site for meetings and critical activities.
• Flexible working hours (general hours: 9 AM – 6 PM; occasional Sunday work).
