Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing cum Community Manager (Senior and a Mid-Level) to drive both the marketing and community engagement strategies for our innovative crypto platform. The ideal candidates will focus on creating and executing impactful campaigns, building and growing an engaged community, and driving user acquisition through online and offline efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing:

• Develop and execute social media strategies, including content creation, posting schedules, and platform growth.
• Plan and manage influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Design and launch targeted campaigns across social and digital platforms (SMM, influencer marketing).
• Execute offline marketing initiatives, including roadshows, events, and brand activations.
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with the platform’s brand voice and visual identity.

Community Management:

• Build and nurture a vibrant community of users, fostering engagement and loyalty.
• Manage and grow communities on platforms like Discord and Telegram, creating interactive programs and discussions.
• Develop and execute community-centric programs, including challenges, meetups, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collect and analyze community feedback to improve platform features and services.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with the design team to ensure marketing materials meet high visual standards.
• Collaborate with product teams to align marketing and community initiatives with platform goals.
• Report on key metrics such as user acquisition, engagement rates, and community growth.
• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations or influencers to expand reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in social media management tools and content creation.
• Good design taste and skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools for creating visually appealing posts).
• Technologically savvy, with hands-on experience managing Discord, Telegram, and other community platforms.
• Proven ability to manage and execute campaigns with influencers.

Experience:

• Senior Role: Minimum 9 years of experience in marketing and community management.
• Mid-Level Role: Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience in crypto, web3, or similar industries is a plus.
• Portfolio of past projects showcasing campaign successes and community programs.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills for networking, partnership building, and community engagement.
• Highly proactive in proposing innovative strategies for marketing and community-building.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams, influencers, and community members.
• A pleasant, team-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient in English.
• The ability to speak in Japanese is a plus.

User Acquisition: Drive new sign-ups and active users through targeted campaigns and community outreach.

Community Growth: Increase the size and engagement levels of the community across platforms.
