Marketing Staff Software Engineer Wfh (Remote)

We are in search of a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development, particularly in the finance or cryptocurrency sectors. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of expertise in the field, where you will spearhead initiatives aimed at solving intricate problems, promoting coding excellence, and ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable software solutions. You will engage in innovative projects related to trading, swapping, regulatory compliance, fraud detection, automation, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Create production-ready, thoroughly documented code while effectively managing edge cases.
• Assess the team’s development methodologies, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and propose actionable solutions.
• Remain informed about the team’s domain areas, including services, interactions, and data flows.
• Employ design patterns to construct scalable applications and anticipate future modifications.
• Execute systematic debugging and ensure that epics and projects are clearly defined, prioritized, and comprehended by the team.
• Cultivate clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams and advocate for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of experience in programming languages such as Python, PHP, or Node.js, particularly with production applications.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript for the development of high-quality applications and engaging animations.
• Strong capabilities in debugging and optimizing the performance of web applications, alongside database management skills (SQL and NoSQL).
• Robust understanding of working with APIs, utilizing standards such as REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with in-memory databases (e.g., Redis, Memcached) and interface prototyping tools like Figma.
• Knowledge of Git and branching methodologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in software development focused on finance or cryptocurrency applications.
• Proven ability to tackle complex projects and deliver innovative solutions under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
