Marketing Technician (Remote)

We are a leading private eye clinic based in London, dedicated to providing exceptional eye care to our patients. We are looking to hire a skilled professional for a full-time or part-time role to support the technical aspects of our marketing efforts and website management. This position will play a key role in optimizing our online presence and ensuring that our digital marketing initiatives run smoothly.

Technical capabilities:

Working understanding of GoHighLevel CRM, regarding automations and workflows

Google Ads:

Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting Google Ads campaigns.
With a working knowledge of how google ads campaigns are set up for optimization and also the need to understand what trends, changes, and policy changes are being implemented and take proactive steps to incorporate this in our campaigns.
A working knowledge of Google My Business.

Facebook/instagram:

Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting Facebook/Instagram ads campaigns.
With a working knowledge of how google ads campaigns are set up for optimization and also the need to understand what trends, changes, and policy changes are being implemented and take proactive steps to incorporate this in our campaigns.

WordPress:

Being able to integrate WordPress or other website hosting/design services with GoHighLevel
Being able to make changes to the website or set up new pages where need be.

LinkedIn:

Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting LinkedIn ads campaigns.
With a working knowledge of how google ads campaigns are set up for optimization and also the need to understand what trends, changes, and policy changes are being implemented and take proactive steps to incorporate this in our campaigns.

Youtube:

Understanding of website SEO
Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting Youtube ads campaigns.
With a working knowledge of how google ads campaigns are set up for optimization and also the need to understand what trends, changes, and policy changes are being implemented and take proactive steps to incorporate this in our campaigns.

Weekly meeting with the team to discuss:

Last weeks performance, tasks and achieved outcomes
Plan for the week
Progressing on the work flow plan for the coming 3 month strategy.

Working through the set tasks which include:

Performance report generating weekly
Managing workload from the weekly meeting.

RequirementsCRM Expertise:

Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is a must. You should be able to manage, automate, and optimize client workflows using this platform.

WordPress Development:

Proficiency in WordPress to create and maintain websites, including troubleshooting, theme customization, and plugin management.

Healthcare Campaign Experience:

Previous experience working on healthcare campaigns or with healthcare organizations is a plus.

SEO Knowledge:

Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Ability to diagnose quickly and resolve website issues, ensuring smooth operation and optimal user experience.

Start-up Experience:

Experience working in a startup environment, where you’ve had to wear multiple hats and manage diverse tasks, is highly desirable.

Small Business Background:

Experience working with small businesses or startups, especially those offering digital services, is preferred. Understanding the unique challenges of small businesses is important.

Entrepreneurial Mindset:

If you’ve previously owned or run a business, your understanding of strategy, resource management, and goal-setting will be a great asset.
