We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused MDU Account Manager to join our team. This pivotal role serves as the primary liaison for property owners, developers, and residents, driving growth and profitability within the multi-dwelling unit segment. The successful candidate will embody a strategic sales approach and demonstrate proficiency in cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and sustain productive partnerships with property managers and leasing personnel to enhance subscriber acquisition and revenue.
  • Provide essential marketing resources, promotional materials, and sales tools to property management teams to optimize service uptake.
  • Boost brand visibility by organizing and executing community events for residents.
  • Oversee contract compliance, acting as the central contact and escalation resource for residential agreements.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, nurturing our company’s reputation and relationships within the communities we operate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, installation, repair, and engineering) to address community-related challenges from project inception to completion.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring open lines of communication within the community.
  • Monitor and assess service penetration levels across properties, aiding in the development of strategic action plans as necessary.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support our overarching goals of exceeding revenue and profitability benchmarks while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • This role may entail up to 40% travel to effectively engage with property stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail paired with exemplary customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly self-motivated, thriving in a minimally supervised, high-visibility role.
  • Proven relationship-building and sales capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management, customer success, or outside sales, preferably in telecommunications or related sectors.
  • Demonstrable success in the multifamily/MDU space.
  • Valid driver’s license necessary.
