If you are relatively new to Ads, this is not the job for you. We’re looking for seasoned Media Buyer with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience managing 8-figure Shopifys. You will be the ‘tip of the spear’ reporting directly to the Founder of our business.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Media Buyer to oversee our Meta and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a data-centric approach to optimizing paid advertising strategies and enhancing our market presence in Australia and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns specifically tailored for the Australian and US markets.
- Manage substantial advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective bid strategies and maximizing ROAs.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign performance, using data to drive strategic decisions and optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to integrate advanced tracking and reporting techniques for precise measurement of ad effectiveness.
- Utilize A/B and multivariate testing to refine ad copy, targeting strategies, and creative elements.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in PPC and SEM to apply best practices in campaign management.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of advertising campaigns with overall business objectives.

We aim to double our sales in the next 12-24 months and need an experienced professional to help us dominate and grow our e-commerce operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads with a strong focus on analytics and performance metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize large ad budgets.
- Strong quantitative skills, with an aptitude for identifying trends and insights through data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in an understandable and persuasive form.
- Proactive and organized, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- You must be able to work Australian business hours (AEST) with at least 4 hours of overlap, particularly during your onboarding phase.
