If you run Facebook ad campaigns, interested in beauty/health/wellness, want to earn what you’re truly worth, and work among copywriters, media buyers, and creatives – Join the Redefined Growth Marketing team as a motivated, hard-working Senior Media Buyer!

Our Agency is fully remote. You’ll get to work closely with our marketing director & CEO to create our inbound marketing gold.

Here at Redefined Growth Marketing we create ideas, transform them into scripts, write copy, test campaigns, and scale campaigns. If you’re looking to become a full-stack marketer, this is THE place to do it.

So what base talents should you have? Well, ideally you’re a nice blend of creative, intuitive, and implementer roles, as you will manage our client campaigns to help them GROW!

So we’re looking for candidates (that’s you) who have experience running campaigns, are hungry to make an impact, and earn what you’re worth. The right candidate is one who is analytical, driven to get results, and eager to contribute to a full-stack team.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

Develop innovative media buying strategies aligned with Redefined Growth Marketing.

Manage strategy & optimization tests.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Call Center, and Creative, to ensure alignment.

Tracking & Analytics:

Track and analyze results of campaign strategy tests at scale.

Develop and test different hypotheses, providing insights and next steps to the team.

Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize campaign performance.

Innovation & Collaboration:

Contribute new ideas to the department through continuous learning and brainstorming.

Support the Director of Marketing on higher-level initiatives and projects.

Campaign Management & Reporting:

Monitor and optimize assigned client campaigns to achieve KPIs.

Ensure the best possible results for client retention.

Support the client success department by addressing questions and inquiries related to managed accounts.

Provide weekly updates on campaign changes for effective communication.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager.

2+ years of experience in media buying with a focus on spa and wellness clients.

Experience managing at least $100,000+ in monthly ad spend.

Proven ability to plan, strategize, build, optimize, and scale paid social ad campaigns.

Experience managing 8-15+ campaigns simultaneously.

Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
