As a Solutions Consultant, you play a pivotal role in driving profitable sales growth for Pisces Healthcare Solutions. Your primary focus is on developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts within hospitals and rehabilitation institutions within a designated territory. Collaborating closely with clinical teams, you will provide expertise on our products and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging demos and in-service sessions for current and potential customers to boost sales of our products.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, physical and occupational therapists, as well as rehab staff, to secure product orders and increase product usage.
- Work closely with the purchasing department to educate end users on the benefits of choosing Pisces Healthcare Solutions.
- Sustain and generate new or repeat orders for all products and programs across various hospital departments.
- Prepare and complete accurate and timely reports with the necessary information to drive effective business operations.
- Demonstrate the ability to consistently and independently run your sales territory and learn existing and new products to present to clinical staff and customers.
- Take responsibility for covering all accounts within the designated territory, including willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
- Cover your assigned Territory – Territory – Michigan/Indiana – Ann Arbor, Battle Creek, Detroit, Fort Wayne/Marion, Indianapolis, Saginaw
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business sales or clinical experience.
- Ideally, previous experience in the Medical and Rehabilitation industry or clinical experience (clinicians transitioning to sales are encouraged to apply).
- Reside within the territory and be open to occasional overnight travel.
- Possess strong initiative with exceptional customer service, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in attaining and exceeding sales goals is a plus.
- Previous experience as an OT/PT/RN is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and knowledge of contact management software is advantageous.
- A Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
Physical Requirements
- Extended periods of sitting and computer use required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
