About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead for MERN Stack Development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a talented group of developers, driving projects to success by leveraging your strong command of React, Node.js, and Next.js. You will work on innovative projects, architect scalable solutions, and contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.
• Oversee project architecture and technical solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality applications.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, offering support in code reviews, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering and efficient client-server transitions.
• Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices within the team.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the development process and contribute to the tech roadmap.

Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack, with deep expertise in React, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Proven experience in team leadership or mentoring roles, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with front-end tools, libraries, and frameworks like Redux, Webpack, and TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
